ISO 9241-100: Software Ergonomics

Software ergonomics is the use of ergonomics to the product parts of intuitive frameworks. There are several International Standards, identified with user interface design, which can be very useful to software ergonomics. These spread an extensive variety of requirements of measures users including designers, managers, project managers, ergonomists, representatives of workers or the workers, consumers/their representatives, certification bodies and procurers. The software-ergonomics measures are relevant to every one of those software components of an interactive system influencing ease of use, including:
- Application software;
- Operating systems;
- Embedded software;
- Software development tools;
- Assistive technologies.
