His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, non-profit organizations, telecommunications, government, and real estate. His international work experience has involved collaborations in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as stints in Bahrain, UAE, and the United States.
Committed to applied research, Wahid has undertaken ambitious projects, such as a behavior change communication strategy in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene sector. Utilizing mixed-methods research, he engaged community participants across multiple districts, demonstrating a deep-rooted passion for social impact.
Since co-founding Userhub, a pioneering institution for UX and HCD education and research in Bangladesh, Wahid has been a driving force in the nation’s UX landscape. His contributions date back to 2011, and include curriculum development and facilitating design thinking workshops and UX boot camps.
