Access and Licensing
Userhub Journal operates under a diamond open access model. All published articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication. The journal does not charge authors any fees for submission, peer review, or publication.
All content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. Authors may reuse their work without restriction and others may adapt or build upon it—even for commercial purposes—with appropriate attribution.
Author Rights and Reuse
Authors retain full copyright of their work. By submitting to Userhub Journal, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish and disseminate the article under the CC BY 4.0 license.
Authors are encouraged to deposit the final published version in institutional or disciplinary repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial platforms. Proper citation of the original publication in Userhub Journal is required in all instances of reuse or republication.
Archiving and Indexing
All articles are permanently archived on the Userhub Journal website and assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through Crossref. This ensures long-term accessibility, stable citation linking, and preservation of scholarly records.
The journal is currently indexed in Google Scholar and Scilit, and is in the process of applying to additional academic databases to enhance discoverability and bibliometric visibility.
Commitment to Open Access
We believe that research addressing public interest issues—such as accessibility, education, digital equity, and inclusive design—should be freely available to readers across geographic, institutional, and economic boundaries. Our open access model reflects a commitment to equity in scholarly communication and supports the visibility and reuse of research in underrepresented and resource-constrained contexts.
