bKash Limited is a Bangladesh-based mobile financial services provider and one of the largest fintech platforms in the country. It offers digital payment, remittance, and financial access services across urban and rural markets.

Userhub has worked with bKash Limited through multiple human-centered design and product thinking engagements.

In 2021, Userhub conducted human-centered design (HCD) training for the Product Management team within the Payment Products unit of bKash’s Product & Technology Division. The engagement focused on strengthening user research capability, structured design thinking processes, and the integration of human-centered methods into digital product development workflows.

In August 2026, Userhub delivered a two-day Human-Centered Product Thinking workshop for professionals from bKash Limited’s Product & Technology teams. The workshop focused on questioning assumptions, understanding user situations, framing problems, exploring alternative product directions, and strengthening decisions through different professional perspectives.

The 2026 engagement also emphasized the distinction between human-centered product thinking and user research, including the importance of treating interpretations as working hypotheses where direct user evidence is unavailable.
