Userhub conducted a workshop on ICT, e-governance, and human-centered design for officials and staff of SFC Navy in 2019.

Userhub conducted a workshop on ICT, e-governance, and human-centered design for officials and staff of the Office of Senior Finance Controller (Navy) in Bangladesh on June 20, 2019.

The workshop was titled “The Application of ICT for Better Service Delivery Through e-Governance and Human-Centered Design.” It focused on how ICT-based systems, e-governance practices, and human-centered design principles can support better service delivery in institutional and public-sector contexts.

The session was facilitated by Wahid bin Ahsan. Senior officials and staff participated in discussions on service delivery, digital systems, and the role of user-centered thinking in improving institutional processes.

This engagement reflects Userhub’s early work in applying human-centered design thinking to ICT-enabled service delivery, e-governance training, and public-sector capacity development in Bangladesh.
