Amit Seal Ami

Amit S. Ami received his B.Sc. in Information Technology (Major in Software Engineering) from the Institute of Information Technology, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in year 2012. He received his M.Sc. in Software Engineering from the same university in year 2014. He worked for several years in Industry as a Software Engineer.

He was also a Microsoft Student Partner and ACM Student Member. Additionally, he worked as an organizer with UX Saturday with Wahid, Google Developer Group, Bangladesh and Mozilla Bangladesh. He joined as a lecturer at Institute of Information Technology, University of Dhaka in year 2014 and is currently working there.

His research interests include experimental software engineering, mobile application engineering and testing, and mining software repositories. He has also worked on wireless mesh networks, wireless routing protocols, cloud computing and human computer interaction.
