Dalberg Design LLC is a United States–based design and strategy firm focused on social impact, development innovation, and human-centered solutions. It operates as part of the broader Dalberg network, working across global public and private sector initiatives.

Userhub partnered with Dalberg Design as a qualitative research partner on a human-centered design (HCD) engagement focused on digital financial services. The work included participant recruitment, in-depth interviews with women participants, behavioral research facilitation, transcript preparation, and collaborative synthesis across selected districts in Bangladesh.
